Nexus Youth Initiative
A Ugandan youth empowerment organisation building skills, networks, and opportunity for young people.
Nexus Youth Initiative is a Ugandan non-profit dedicated to equipping young people with the skills, networks, and confidence to lead change in their communities. Their programmes span digital literacy, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and mentorship — delivered through community workshops, online learning, and partnerships with schools and local government across Uganda.
Taweza Technologies designed and developed the Nexus website to serve both as an outward-facing organisational profile and as a functional tool for programme delivery. The platform hosts training materials, event calendars, and application forms for programmes, and gives the Nexus team a straightforward CMS so they can keep content current as their work evolves. The design reflects the organisation's energetic, youth-centred identity.
